Shubbak is looking for a Head of Operations to lead on the successful delivery of our 10th anniversary festival in June/July 2021 in line with our business plan. The postholder will be a key member of the senior management team and support the Artistic Director and CEO.
The Head of Operations is responsible for all operational activity including: festival programme delivery, HR, IT, Finance, Risk & Compliance (including Arts Council England compliance) and the office and facilities management. Together with the Artistic Director and CEO, the Head of Operations fosters a positive environment that encourages the best from staff.
This post is initially for 12 months from October 2020 to the end of September 2021. It is full-time and we will consider job-share or part-time working for the right candidate(s). This post is subject to the successful outcome of a funding application which is due by the end of September 2020.
