Syrian Rhythms: Where Cultural Heritage Composes the Future

A day-long, powerful celebration of Syria’s cultural heritage poised to meet the future. 

Syrian Rhythms offers a rare opportunity to experience Syria’s rich culture beyond the headlines, exploring how heritage preservation plays a vital role in rebuilding and healing after disaster.

The event kicks off with a silk printing workshop suitable for all ages, where you can create art inspired by traditional Syrian patterns. 

In the afternoon, Ettijahat’s groundbreaking research ‘ will be shared in a panel discussion, exploring the impact of the recent earthquake on Syria’s cultural treasures in collaboration with the Syrian Center for Policy Research.

The evening culminates in a moving concert featuring both traditional and contemporary Syrian music, showcasing the country’s cultural resilience.
