Shubbak is looking for an Assistant Producer to support the festival production across 3 areas of activity: the artistic, Young Shubbak and community engagement programmes.
This opportunity is suitable for someone in the early stages of their career who is passionate about Arab arts and culture, and would like to gain further experience in the arts sector. The ideal candidate will have some producing experience which could include self-generated projects, volunteer or employed positions.
An interest in community engagement and working with young people from all backgrounds is desirable. We are looking for someone who has a friendly, open and collaborative approach, is organised and able to prioritise tasks in a high pressure environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
