Merguez

What would you do if you looked identical to an internationally wanted assassin? The police are after you, and it’s on you to prove your innocence. But how? 

Our man Merguez suffers greatly from this very problem. His other problems include being handsome, suave and very popular with women. But that’s beside the point. If he’s to get back to drinking martinis on his (small) boat, he needs to get the pigs off his back. 

Merguez looks exactly like known assassin Carlos the Jackal, and wants absolutely nothing to do with him or the chaos that Carlos has sucked him into. Will this episode in Merguez’s life be the catalyst for him to confront his desire to return to his home: Palestine? Or will he choose to spend the rest of his life the way he has since the day he was ejected from his land: in his boat, meeting gorgeous women and smoking Cuban cigars?

He comes across a mysterious book of myths and fables, telling stories of strange people from a faraway land in a language he can barely understand. Perhaps this will help guide him on his way.
